Roswell Historic Cottage Wedding // Brenna & Mitch

In part of Mitch's vows, he declared, "I vow to love what you love because you love it." And everyone melted. This Roswell Historic Cottage wedding day was so spiritually refreshing. Mitch was excited, emotional, and in awe of his bride the whole day. Brenna was the sweetest of sweethearts, giddy, and so thankful for everyone that made it to celebrate their wedding.

They chose to have an intimate wedding ceremony at White Oak Park in Dallas, Georgia with about 20 of their closest friends and family members. Everyone gathered under a huge tree while an acoustic guitarist played the most peaceful song to welcome the bride. Brenna was escorted by her dad up a hill toward Mitch, who totally lost it! I don't blame him--Brenna looked beautiful, and his emotions were so vulnerable and raw. My favorite part of the day was when everyone circled around to pray blessings of support, thankfulness, and joy over the newly married couple. God's incredible spirit of love and unity was so present! I love being able to witness weddings like this.. hand-written vows, laid-back guests, and a couple that is free to run around, jump, and even lay in the grass. Yes.. laying down in the grass in your wedding gown is totally acceptable in my book!

After the ceremony, everyone headed to The Roswell Historic Cottage to meet more friends and family for the reception. More tears of joy, more excited guests, and a lot more crazy dancing helped continue the celebration. I was so, so thankful to be part of this wedding day! Thank you to my friend Lindsay for inviting me to shoot along with her. Enjoy some of my favorite photos below.
